'KMC never presented a profit Budget in 21 years': Congress leader Santosh Pathak | Watch

Congress councilor Santosh Pathak said that in his 20-21 years of tenure as a councilor, a profit-oriented budget has never been presented, which is both ironic and unfortunate. He added that while the Kolkata Municipal Corporation makes grand statements, it does not actually deliver on the ground.
